Discovery call
20 min — freeWe start with a structured conversation. What are you trying to achieve? What have you already tried? What does a successful outcome look like? We do not take on work we cannot execute well, and this call helps both parties decide.
Proposal
1–2 business daysYou receive a written proposal: exact scope, deliverables, price, and timeline. Nothing ambiguous. We do not begin work until this is agreed in writing.
Execution
Per engagement timelineWe work. You receive progress updates at meaningful milestones — not noise. If scope changes during execution, we flag it immediately and agree on how to handle it before proceeding.
Delivery & handover
Included in scopeFinal deliverable is reviewed against the agreed scope before handover. You receive everything you need to use, build on, or submit the work independently. For ongoing clients, we schedule the next engagement.
Working principles
Fixed-price where possible
For academic and business projects, we prefer a fixed price over hourly billing. It aligns our incentives with your outcome, not our time.
No surprises
Scope changes are discussed and agreed before implementation. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not approve.
Direct communication
You communicate with the person doing the work — not a project manager. WhatsApp for fast questions, structured updates for milestones.
